Magnetic Tracks - 1m Length
Magnetic Track 1 Metre Lengths - The Magnetic track is supplied in either White or Black and comes with end caps and the necssary electrical connection in the back of the track. This is the surface mounted ultra slim version measuring in at just 27.5mm wide x 29.5mm high.
This track is designed to be used with 24VDC power only, it cannot be connected directly to 240volt as this will destroy any spotlights connected to the track and it will pose an electrical safety hazard.

Note: The mounting holes for the track are located behind the power plate (electrical rails). At one end of the track you will see a 60mm length of power plate that can be removed. This is held in place with a magnet and can be removed, once you have this part removed, unscrew the magnet and this will allow the power plate to slide along the track. Sliding the power plate will expose the mounting holes at the other end of the track. Fix this end to the ceiling then slide the power plate back into its original position. Fix the end that had the magnet installed using the mounting holes provided, then replace the magnet and the decorative cover. Joining track: When you want to join two lengths of track together you need to purchase the Power plate joiner and the Mechanical joiner. The power plate joiner will replace the magnetic cover described in the above note, this power plate comes with electrical pins that are necessary to join the tracks together electrically so the power will flow along the two joined tracks. The Mechanical joiner is required to structurally join the two lengths of track together, this will make the two lengths of track align correctly and give the join strength.
Cutting Track: We do not recommend cutting the track. If the wrong end of the track is cut off, the electrical pins and power could be accidently removed meaning the track cannot be powered. Cutting the track also means the mounting holes and magnetic cover plate will not have the necessary holes for alignment.
